My most fervent accolades fall short of all I could say about the staff. Their compassion for those they care for, the respect and dignity they provide every resident, the willingness to spend time with each person, though pressed by ever-present needs by all. Everyone has a heart and passion for what they were doing. As far as elder care facilities I have visited, Highland Oaks is by far the best I have experienced.
